How do I get out of debt?

I am in debt over my head, my boyfriend helped me rack it up but doesn’t think we need to pay it back, It is all in my name and my credit is very high but because I am paying late it is going down and fast! I told him he needs to get a better job and kick it in gear and start helping out, but, I dont think he understands. What are some ways to get out of debt?
Please dont tell me to ditch the guy, we are in love and we have a baby on the way. He’s had it rough so i’m trying to be helpful. So please if you can help me.
PS I already tried for a debt loan and a personal loan but I have too much debt and not enough income to get it so that wont work.

DOn’t need to pay it back? What a dumbass! What if you need a new car for your kids? What about getting married or buying a house? You need to pay that back and he needs to get a better job. I would try to find a 0% balance transfer credit card and since he doesn’t have any of the debt, he should get the card and take the debt. You guys are a team. Work with eachother!
