Debt Relief Reform
Does this sentence make sense?
5.TRUSTS that Africa will utilize new opportunities to establish sound economic policies, promote private sector growth, and invest in human resources, and
6.ASKS the Economic Council for Africa to convene within 3 years for the purpose of assessing progress, and
7.RECOMMENDS that additional debt relief be rewarded to individual countries based on adherence to elements specified in paragraph 5, and
my question is the last sentence when i say “adherence to elements specified in paragraph 5″…like does “adherence” and “elements” work there or should it be something else like “implementation” or “aspects” or “measures” or “reforms”, etc etc
not really, I don;t like big words.
