Dept relief Please Help?

For a couple of years i have been in debt, i have a bad credit history due to miss management on my part,i cant get a credit card or a loan i have been rejected by the banks, i am desperate as i cant get work, i relyed on my abusive spouse for many years, who didnt believed i amount to much, when it came to paying the debts my spouse would moan when it came to taking care of the children and buying them a few things he would moan, and when i stop paying the debts he moaned even more, i couldnt win it would be so unbearable,so now i am so in debt with my landlord and creditors because all my spouse did was argue and forget about whats more important like the children and surviving,
I am trying to put back my life, and pay my debt, but how can i get work when knowone will hire me either!!
