Hi rennickelizabe,
Do you live in the UK?
If so then firstly, you should take a look at the Debt Management company you are using.
If they are not a free debt management company, then you should contact the Consumer Credit Counselling Service on 0800 138 1111 because they don’t charge a fee for their services.

With regard to your job application to the call centre.
I would suggest that you do not mention your financial troubles at this stage. If you are offered an interview, and if they ask you directly, then perhaps you should tell them then, but I don’t think that you should say anything to them just yet.
In my time I have known of many many people working for call centres. Most of them had awful credit scores and were on some sort of money management scheme or other, and it didn’t seem to stop them from being employable.
I would try instead to focus on the benefits you can offer a company, such as your enthusiasm for work.
Hope this helps & good luck
